How do I care for my garment?
To keep your suit looking its best, we recommend hand washing your suit by itself
with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Do not dry clean garments. Please be sure to dry in shade. Do not pack wet suits with other garments. Try not to keep your suit balled up for extended periods of time—especially if it's still wet. Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material. Avoid rough surfaces (rocks, stone, pebble, pool
surfaces). We are not responsible for balling/ damaging of fabric when contact is
made with rough surfaces.

Am I able to pick up my order?
Local orders (Huntsville, AL) can be picked up.

When will my order arrive?
Since all of our pieces are handmade, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed. You should receive your order within 14 days. If your order needs to be rushed, please email us at contactus@alexa-jo.com.
